Secret to the Real Answer
Hi there, welcome the MTG Guide. I would like to take a moment and tell you some of the most important wisdom and truth. Since you’re visiting this site, I suppose you like the Magic The Gathering. We all have different reasons of liking the game and the cards. But stop and think about it, why do so many people around the world spend so much time, effort and money playing this little card game? And ask yourself and be honest to yourself, why do you like this game so much?
We all have different reasons why we love doing something. But the real motives behind the ‘reasons’ are common for all human beings, because we are all made that way. Like Mike Bickle said in his book “The Seven Longings of a Human Heart”, we all have certain longings deep down in our hearts. People would find all sorts of things to try to satisfy the longings, perhaps even without knowing.
For example, many like playing Magic The Gathering, because they like beating the opponents with their intelligence. I know it feels great to triumph over someone. That is because we all long to be great. When we win, we feel like we’re greater than our mates, we feel like we are more intelligent than them. Some like playing MTG because they can get together with their friends. It’s really happy to spend time with someone who laugh with you and share something you like together. I know it sounds gay but actually it isn’t. We feel loved. We all long to and need to be loved. The longing of love is one of the most powerful desires of a human heart. Others may like MTG because they like the beautiful design of the Magic cards. You know that we all have a longing for beauty in our heart.
But the problem is the actions we do to try to satisfy our longings seem not very effective. Think about it, we feel great when we win, how about when we lose? Friends may leave us. And how can some cards, no matter how beautiful they are, satisfy our desire for beauty? There is nothing wrong with us longing for greatness, love, beauty and other things. We’re made that way. The desires are put into our hearts when we are created. The fault is in the ways of satisfying them. The twisted desires can create all kinds of problems and terrible behaviors. The unsatisfied ones would bring great pain too. However, there is an answer to all of these.
God.
He is the creator of all things. He created you that way. He put into you all different kinds of longings in your heart. And He himself is going to satisfy them. Besides God, you can spend your whole life search and find that there is nothing else that can make you complete. Turn to Him and you’ll find the ultimate answer all the problems. Seek Him. But there is only one way. Don’t listen to any other voices that say God is only energy and you can access it with many methods. False! God is a person! He loves you and there is only one way to reach Him.
Jesus Christ!
Jesus said, ”I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Jesus is God. Pray to Him and let God fulfill your every longing in Him.
Pray “Jesus, I believe you are the son of the living God. I admit that I am a sinner and I need your salvation. I repent from my sin and come to you. For you are the only one who can save me from eternal death. I accept you as my personal savior and the Lord of my life. Now I open my heart and invite you to live in me. I ask you to save me, cleanse me, bless me and guide me in every day of my life. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen.”
Congratulations! You can saved! Begin with experience the blessing of the eternal God. Read the Bible to know Him more everyday and talk to Him in prayers every minute. You can ask God for anything in Jesus name and He will fulfill it according to His abundant will. Praise Jesus!

I was raised in a christian home and since I got older I have been distancing myself away from God. Thank you for posting this here, it served like a wake up call for me.
This is neat. It really is. I go to a Christian college and a lot of my friends and I play here. Its a good time for us to gather in community. I like the twist you added to this page. “God.” At first I was like “wha…?” but I read on and its cool that you’re combining spreading the gospel with someone that a lot of people in the Christian community call Satanic.
This is by farthe most idiotic thing iv seen on a magic site ever. I believe in god but magic has nothing to do with it and you shouldn’t be trying to force your religion on people who are trying to Play a game. it doesn’t have some deep psychological meaning, cigs a game so play it not analyze it.
I think you’re right. It’s a fun game and can be an end in itself. Just for fun. But the game can be so much more fun if we could get rid of all other motives. BTW, just trying to share the Gospel here, not forcing in any way. Thanks for your comment.

I have no clue what bearing this is supposed to have on MtG.
I understand that you’re trying to do what you believe is right, but this is not going to convert anyone. If they weren’t in a position to be extremely receptive to this, they would have either skimmed it, or in all likelihood, not read it at all.
I understand that it’s your blog and you can do with it what you wish, but people want to learn to play this particular card game. The proper place for this is a religious blog.
i personely dont beleive in god cause if there was one where is the proof!! i just play this game and collect for the fun of it
